Terms of Service

SKALR offers Meta Ads management on three billing terms: billed annually at £250 per month (£3,000 per year), billed quarterly at £300 per month (£900 every three months), and rolling monthly at £350 per month.

We also offer a one-off ad build service at £599, covering campaign strategy and setup with no ongoing management.

Ad spend is always separate from our management fee and is paid directly to Meta. Our fee never changes based on how much you spend on ads.

All recurring plans require a minimum three month commitment from the start date. This gives a campaign enough time to leave Meta's learning phase and gather meaningful data.

After the initial three months, the rolling monthly and quarterly plans continue until cancelled with 30 days notice. The annual plan runs for a full 12 months from the start date.

Our refund policy applies only to the annual plan, billed at £3,000 for the year.

If you cancel within 30 days of your start date, we will refund the annual fee minus the first month's charge of £250, meaning a refund of £2,750.

After 30 days, the annual plan is non-refundable for the remainder of its 12 month term.

This refund guarantee does not apply to the quarterly plan, the rolling monthly plan, or the one-off ad build service. These are billed and, once paid, non-refundable, though quarterly and rolling monthly plans can be cancelled going forward under the cancellation terms above so you are not charged again.

Ad spend paid directly to Meta is never refundable by us, since we do not hold or control that money. Any ad spend refund would need to be requested from Meta directly and is subject to their own policies.

To cancel, email hello@skalrmarketing.co.uk. For the rolling monthly and quarterly plans, cancellation takes effect 30 days after we receive your request, once any minimum commitment period has passed.

The annual plan cannot be cancelled before the end of its 12 month term except under the 30 day refund window described above.

Every recurring plan includes full Meta Ads management: campaign strategy and setup, Facebook and Instagram campaign management, ad creative built from your existing assets, a weekly report every Monday, and a dedicated account manager.

Ad creative is built from assets you provide. Original photography or video production is not included and can be arranged separately if needed.

We will manage your campaigns with reasonable skill and care, provide weekly reporting, and respond to enquiries within 24 hours.

We do not guarantee specific results. Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including your market, your offer, your website, and changes Meta makes to its platform and algorithm.

You are responsible for maintaining your own Meta Ads account and payment method for ad spend, for providing accurate information about your business, and for providing usable assets (images, video, or brand materials) for us to build creative from.

You are responsible for ensuring anything you ask us to advertise complies with Meta's advertising policies and any relevant law, including advertising standards specific to your industry.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated by email. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
